My latest creation takes my signature minifigure, Guy Wyndzon, into the world of fencing!
A retired naval officer has set up a training area in an old, slightly refurbished warehouse.

The practicing opponents circle each other warily…

…then move in for the attack.

Thrust, parry, thrust again!

The instructor has lots of tricks up his sleeve…

And there’s always the option of practicing against the shield.

There’s a shooting gallery in another part of the building, and here’s a customer busy cleaning out his gun.

This creation is an all-LEGO-scene – which means that I didn’t finish off the edges. Here’s a behind-the-scenes picture!

I had to hold up the roof with chains, and you can also catch a glimpse of some of the fancy SNOT work I had to do for the walls.

Here’s a view of the opposite side:

For photography, I put an empty pillow-case behind the walls and close up to them. This kept light from getting through the cracks of the bricks – an important detail that can make a lot of difference in the presentation!
